What to Wear Running in Cold Weather

It’s winter time but that doesn’t stop me from running outside!  Back when I lived in San Francisco/ Bay Area (California), winter time got cold but there wasn’t really any snow (unless you go up the mountains).  There were few times when I had to travel for work in December, and got stuck in colder states such as Virginia, or Colorado – and of course I still went outside to run, just to explore the area. I live in Central Texas now, and we are in the beginning of winter with weather in mid-30 degree F in the mornings.
