Training & Taper Time! 3/25 to 4/1/13
Monday (3/25) – Pilates mat class – 60 minutes
Tuesday (3/26) – lap swim at the gym
Wednesday (3/27) – ran at noontime near the office – 3.6 miles
Thursday (3/28) – ran at noontime near the office – 3.6 miles
Since this is Holy Week, and Thursday is the start of the Triduum, I did not really do any workouts or training from Saturday thru Sunday. On Easter Sunday, Andy and I had Easter lunch at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose, where we had unlimited mimosas with our meals. It was a buffet style so we had a huge feast.
Finally, on Monday April 1st, I did my last taper run around Stanford Dish, a total of 5 miles. I don’t think I will have the opportunity to run again this week till Saturday, at AR50, so I hope I don’t forget how to run! I will be well rested!
