Tuesday (3/26) â€“ lap swim at the gym
Wednesday (3/27) â€“ ran at noontime near the office â€“ 3.6 miles
Thursday (3/28) â€“ ran at noontime near the office â€“ 3.6 miles
Since this is Holy Week, and Thursday is the start of the Triduum, I did not really do any workouts or training from Saturday thru Sunday.Â On Easter Sunday, Andy and I had Easter lunch at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose, where we had unlimited mimosas with our meals.Â It was a buffet style so we had a huge feast.
Finally, on Monday April 1st, I did my last taper run around Stanford Dish, a total of 5 miles.Â I donâ€™t think I will have the opportunity to run again this week till Saturday, at AR50, so I hope I donâ€™t forget how to run!Â I will be well rested!
