Short run to pass time

I count this as training.  So the Silicon Valley Triathlon Club (SVTC) had a meeting last night (Monday 4/12) and I got to the place of the meeting at Sports Basement by 6-ish pm – I thought the meeting started at 6.  Well, it doesnt start until 7pm.  So I changed in the dressing room of Sports Basement (bags needed to be checked when you enter the store), and then went for a short run, just 2 times around the block.  My legs felt heavy again!  I think I need new running shoes, I’ve ran 3 marathons plus training with my current shoes.   Anyway, in the end I still felt good and strong as I was  practising 10 second sprints on the flat long way.

Total miles = 2.7

Total time = 23:43 (approx 8:47 pace… Wow!)
